Change is an essential component of the creative process. It is what allows us to enjoy a variety of experiences throughout our lives.
Life is never stagnant, for change is an ever-present constant.
We create change within us and our overlapping realities. And it is through that change acting within the place we hold our desires that we breathe life into our chosen experiences.
How does it work?
A Case Study
In my case, it is to allow ideas to flow through me in various forms to those who are intended (by agreement) to receive them, often in an exchange of energy that serves us both.
To create these situations I feel myself within that flow and experience now the emotions I associate with it.
In order to transform it from a single event of manifestation into an ongoing process, I then feel that flow expand itself to include more and more people and opportunities for movement, perhaps even following some of the branches downstream to imagine them in more detail.
What is the role of change within this process? It is the desire transforming from nothingness into an idea into a "virtual" experience within my imagination. Then it moves into physical activity and events in my outer reality, then into my senses for perception and into my mind for processing those events. Finally, they move into memory for later recall and/or manipulation as I choose.
The Role of Emotion
Always, though, there is an emotional component to be acknowledged and experienced. This is the real value behind the desire and the process of change, for they allow us to experience the evolution of emotion throughout all stages of creation.
As emotion evolves, so do we, allowing us to both create and witness our own expansion of consciousness.
Some (e.g., Abraham/Hicks) teach that by consciously creating within us the emotion we want to experience, we can attract into our reality situations that match that emotional vibration.
Others (e.g., Seth and Abrham) have us focus on the energies within us and how to gather and direct them to perfect our ability to create.
Both approaches present different perspectives on a process that is simple on a spiritual level, but somewhat more complex as it is distorted and misapplied by minds caught up in their outer reality.
These processes are going on within us all the time, though usually not in such a conscious fashion. Most of us form a desire without giving much thought to its emotional content. However, our subconscious does, and draws it to us to experience that emotion in "reality" as the desire manifests.
What we see, though, is the action we take to make it happen, most often by force of will, with little awareness for anything going on within us, much less the reason why.
Most of us probably think we want to live happy lives filled with peace and prosperity. But when we look at what our reality serves up to us, that's usually far down the list of priorities demanding our attention.
Instead, much of our time is spent caught up in situations we perceive as "negative" or less than fulfilling, with the bulk of the rest spent in anticipation of future situations we think will bring "negative" consequences. And when we do, they often trigger emotions like frustration, anger, and especially fear.
Think of fears as negative desires. Those "negative" events are also created by the same process as our desired "positive" ones. We essentially magnetize the feared situation, subconsciously drawing it to us to experience the emotions stored within it.
Both fear and desire allow us to see the process of creation at work within us and the conditions we use to shape them, thereby better knowing ourselves and what we're all about.
There are of course a host of other things that can also impact what we create in our lives. Again, most we aren't even aware of. But fear and desire are a good place to start.
Understanding Your Struggles
If you keep getting caught in cycles of negativity that make you think you're snake bit, I recommend you see yourself as an explorer of the darkness testing your ability to deal with or bounce back from its impact.
When you're ready, you can always choose something else to explore. Knowing how the process of creation works empowers you to make those changes happen.
The point is we are not victims. We are responsible for our reality and its ever-present process of change. The more we know about how it works, the more we can exercise that responsibility and remain at peace throughout the process.
At PeaceOptions we train people to move through their problems in a better way by working with and within reality for greater peace, purpose, and direction.
