The Co-Creation Hub

At the center of the Co-Creation Project is The Hub. The Hub is anticipated to provide administrative services necessary for the project, facilitate the central council that will govern its affairs, and coordinate communications by and among the participating communities and their members.

The Hub will provide workshops, speakers and other training in the foundations of conscious co-creation and provides administration services for participating groups and communities.

Each community will assign to the Hub one or more volunteers who will serve as liaisons with their communities and provide hands on assistance, and sit on the Central Council that will govern the project.

Groups assign members to the Hub for training and to provide volunteer administrative assistance. Volunteer rotations are for a period of three months, at which time the participating group/community assigns one or more members to come for training and to help out with the Hub's core activities.

Community liaison volunteers will also receive specialized leadership and support training so that they can more effectively participate in and serve their respective communities as well as the whole of the project.

Each group and/or community will provide the Hub with detailed monthly (if not more frequent) reports of its co-creation activities, its intentions and efforts, along with the issues faced and obstacles encountered.

These stories will be collected, digested, compiled and published as books, digests or journals to lay breadcrumbs that others can use as a road map in their co-creation efforts.

Revenues from the sale of such publications, donations by participating communities, and fees from workshops and other community training will be used to support the operations of the Hub.

Individual communities are not anticipated to be funded (or controlled) by the Hub, but rather will govern and administer their own affairs, including raising any funds necessary for their operations.

Volunteer representatives for each member community will be assigned to work with the hub for designated periods in various capacities to enhance the operations of the overall project. Volunteers will serve agreed terms, then rotating out so others can participate in the facilitating the bigger picture to keep energy and enthusiasm high and ideas fresh.
