So many things can bring us down and hold us back. This segment will examine many of them, why they arise, how we meet them now, and how we can better engage them in the future. - Embracing the Energies of Change.

Every third session or so we feature a HOT SEAT where various class participants get the chance to discuss their individual situations (anonymously if desired) in front of the group with John, who will help you hone in on the issues impacting your affairs and what you might do about them. Other members will have the chance to ask questions, as well as add their observations and recommendations, empowering all to personalize the lesson for use in their own lives.
