These are difficult times. What will we do with them? What CAN we do with them?
Each of us must decide this for ourselves.
We can immerse ourselves in the tremendous energies that flow through us, especially the emotions they elicit as they cause our inner conditions to vibrate. When we do, though, we risk getting swept away by our own dramas and succumbing to the fears and desires that set them in motion.
Or we can look at them as opportunities to address the junk we've built up inside and clean our inner houses once and for all. Then, once free of its hold, to consider new ways to see and go about our lives without all the conflict and turmoil that now swirls about.
This choice is one we must make for ourselves each and every day. It would be nice if we could make it once and be done with it, but it doesn't happen like that. For the old ways don't just go away with a snap of our fingers. We have to work at it to recreate ourselves as well as the reality in which we live these lives.
Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither will be the better tomorrow we seek.
Make your choice how you will meet today. Learn and grow from it. Know yourself a little better, as well as what's going on inside that is reflected in your outer world and how you react to it.
Then, tomorrow when you get up, make another choice. And do the best you can to execute it. That's all you can do.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I assure you it isn't an oncoming train. But just because it's there doesn't mean you won't have to step off the tracks now and then to let one pass.
If I can help with your journey, please ask. God bless you indeed.
