Transforming the Nature of Money

This is the 1st in a series of articles on changing our relationship with money.

moneySome of the biggest problems many lightworkers and awakening servers have stem from their relationship with money.

Here they are, gifted souls trying to help the world. Yet they struggle to help themselves by not attracting the money needed to sustain their lives and efforts to serve.

To many money doesn't matter. Or at least they say it doesn't. Only their care and concern for others, freely giving their love where it's most needed.

But these servers need love too. When they deny themselves a warm and caring relationship with money, in effect they are denying themselves the means of their own survival and prosperity.

And that doesn't sound much like love to me. At least, not love for themselves and those who depend on their support.

Social Networking and the New Economy

I'm not sure about this whole social networking thing.

People connecting with people I understand. It's the way some are trying to use it to build their businesses that troubles me.

And frankly, that's the part that bothers me. Because the way they're using it isn't consistent with the principles and practices I've glimpsed for the New World.

Just this week I got a call from an acquaintance who started her own social network as part of a larger project. It's been open nearly a year now and I hadn't joined.

Giving to Get

There are many difficulties to overcome if we are to build this new world. One of the biggest involves the concept of giving.

Giving in its highest form is unconditional, done without expectation of receiving anything in return. It is a wonderful practice.

We give because we have received God's love. And like all love, it means so much more when we share it with others.

Make no mistake. This is where I hope all will get to. However, that is not where we are today. And so now we must find a way to deal with what is until we can get to where we want to be.

How Can You Change Your Finances?

Struggling for money and material prosperity isn't all it used to be. What once worked no longer does.

Many are finding it's time to try something different. If you're ready, read on.

Put everything you think you know in question, for it is the product of illusions that you have created at every level of your existence.

Whatever you choose to believe is only as a matter of convenience and functionality within your current reality. If you believe differently, then your reality can begin to change as well.

The Economics of Changing the World

Many people want to change the world. Few try.

Perhaps they haven't figured out the economics of making a difference and still meeting their needs to survive.

Let's look at the business models being used by those trying to do it.

  1. Start a New Religion.
    Most who take a spiritual approach bump up against other spiritual-based institutions and beliefs. This doesn't mean their task is impossible, since there seems to be a large potential market to draw from. Many people are disconnected from what traditional religion promises and are ready for something new. However, it does mean those who try it will need to find the right niche in which they can compete for followers.
